Toe nail fungus over the counter medicine?

I was looking at the diff brands and strengths of that medicine at the store, and all of them said on the back what the med. was used for...they say on the include what they are for however on the back in small print it says NOT FOR TOE NAILS. Why does it say that? The include shows toes. And whats the ace med.?
